FRONTAL STACKER MOMENT CONTROL SYSTEM

System features :

   •    Automatic calculation of the total weight of the load loaded into the truck.

   •    The total working hours of the machine, day by day, per week, can be recorded and monitored.

   •    Storing of loaded truck, customer information and working hours (optional).  

   •    Black box (event-logger) for fault and limit exceedances.

   •    Day / Night operating mood.

   •    Visual and audible warning when load limit is exceeded.

   •    Bypass function.

   •    Sensors can be calibrated via the dashboard.

   •    Sensor faults and/or connection errors can be detected by the user from the display panel.

   •    Stop movements to ensure safe operation of the machine when the maximum load limit exceeded.
