BORED PİLE MOMENT CONTROL SYSTEM

System Features :

   •    Pile depth.

   •    Vertical and lateral angles of the boom.

   •    Automatic calculation of the total weight of the load loaded into the truck.

   •    Pressure of the drilling cylinder.

   •    Date and working hours.

   •    Biaxial tilt of the machine body (optional).

   •    Black box (event-logger) for fault and limit exceedances.

   •    Day / Night operating mood.

   •    Wind speed and direction measurement (optional).

   •    Visual and audible warning when load limit is exceeded.

   •    Bypass function.

   •    Sensors can be calibrated via the dashboard.

   •    Sensor faults and/or connection errors can be detected by the user from the display panel.

   •    Stop movements to ensure safe operation of the machine when the maximum pressure limit,  scale balance limit and wind speed limit are exceeded.

Optionals :

   •    4.3" , 5" , 7" , 10.1" screen options available .

   •    “Tilt sensor” to monitor the balance of the machine and prevent it from tipping over. 

   •    Wind speed sensor to measuring wind speed.

   •    Siren can be included in the system for visual and audible warning.
